25 years working with Electricite de France, in main services of energy production. "Winservir can advantageously be used for preventive maintenance of the installations, beyond all the advantages of keyboarding on micro-computers numerous operating reports by the machine setters:
. data reliability,
. reliability of round lists,
. schedule of the rounds in function of the evolution of the exploitation problems,
. fight against transmission errors,
. numerical data … In fact, the analysis of the failing modes of the important materials for the availability of the production installations permits to take out specific plotters, notably, the slow evolutions of the physical parameters as temperature or vibrations… Reliable and available on a numerical form, data can be followed and analyzed according to specific algorithm developed under Excel (c) or other spreadsheet. The interpretation of all those slow variations allows the anticipation of the potentially important failures and then allows the preventive interventions on damaged materials. As an example, the follow up of the derivate of the slow temperature variations of the floor of a rotating machine can bring, in complement of others data, some determinants elements for programming and realizing preventive maintenance operations, cutting out the occurrence of important damages. Without reminding the contribution of Winservir to the reliability of all data collection, avoided costs linked to the destruction of the parts of the machines associated to the costs when we have to stop the production because of an incident.
All the above mentioned points make the use of Winservir a real good investment in terms of preventive maintenance and at least in terms of availability of the productive installations".
