The database administrators record the equipments  

The codification structure is free.
. 
Most often users will use the "KKS" codification, but this standard is not compulsory.
The software is able to integrate your own codification.

Equipments are located in buildings, places, rooms ...

For all numerical values (pressions, temperatures ...) the thresholds and tolerances are recorded according to the different status of production.

These thresholds will be loaded on the handheld mobile computer and compared with values collected during the round. 

Example of status defined for a plant : 

WORKING, STOPPED, IN INSPECTION, STARTING ...
The thresholds of equipments are recorded according to each position of the plant.

All the round will be scheduled, or each equipment individualy.

Example on filter's checking : 

. Le 1st saturday of the month,
. Every monday morning. 
. Only during the "hot season", 
. Only when the plant is working, 
  etc

Before loading the rounds on the mobile computer,the ones scheduled will be presented on the screen first.

The leap codes (or "steps") :

Most often the checking of equipments depend on the status of other equipments.
Example : if a pump is consigned, it's no need to check the next 3 flows, and next 2 filters.

All those conditions will launch the optimization of the checkings.
Data collection will be done faster, and the handheld mobile computer will alert the operator, only on important values.
